1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linken ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Linken to:

• Create links to malware, phishing sites, or other harmful content
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

We scan all URLs using Google Web Risk API and maintain internal blocklists. Links flagged as malicious are automatically disabled. Repeated violations will result in account termination.

4. Service Tiers & Limits

Linken offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Each plan has specific usage limits as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the URLs and content you link to. By using the Service, you grant Linken a limited license to process, store, and display your links and associated metadata as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Link Availability

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain link availability. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Links may be disabled if they violate our Acceptable Use policy or if your account is suspended. Expired or archived links may stop redirecting but their analytics data is preserved.

8. Limitation of Liability

Linken is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and links will be permanently removed within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without prior notice.
